About Outcome School
Outcome School is an online tech education company from India that runs live, cohort-based programs for working software engineers who want to move into high-paying roles in AI and Machine Learning and in Android. It was founded on July 3, 2024 by Amit Shekhar, an IIT (BHU) Varanasi graduate (2010-14), and is operated by Outcome Technologies Private Limited, India.
Our vision is to make tech education outcome-focused. Our mission is to help students master the internals and become great at system design to achieve the outcome they aspire to.
What Outcome School does
Outcome School runs two 9-month, fully online programs taught through live classes:
- AI and Machine Learning Program - for engineers who want to become AI Engineers, LLM Engineers, ML Engineers, and related roles.
- Android Program - for engineers who want to become senior Android developers.
In both programs, we go deep into the internals of how things work and master system design, rather than only covering how to use tools and libraries. Along the way, students also learn the most important skill, debugging.
We also publish in-depth blogs on AI, Machine Learning, LLM internals, AI agents, system design, Android, and Kotlin, free for everyone to read.
Who Outcome School is for
Working tech professionals who already know at least one programming language and want to transition into a high-paying role in AI and Machine Learning or Android. Because every program is completely online, students join from anywhere in the world.
Founder
Amit Shekhar is the founder of Outcome School. He studied at IIT (BHU) Varanasi from 2010 to 2014. He has taught and mentored many developers, and their efforts landed them high-paying tech jobs, helped many tech companies in solving their unique problems, and created many open-source libraries being used by top companies. He is passionate about sharing knowledge through open-source, blogs, and videos.
